I have had multiple hearing evaluations in multiple states and audiologists. After my evaluation with Michelle, I can state unequivocally she sets the standard for hearing evaluations. First she gives redundant testing to validate results. Second, she does bone conduction testing to exclude problems with the Auditory Ossicles (tiny bones that move the eardrum). This is a first for me with all the previous tests that never considered that problem. This is the only place you should visit to have your hearing evaluation.

Michelle was a delight to work with. This will be my first hearing aid and Michelle walked me through the process and helped me pick out the best solution (I hope!) She was understanding and easy to talk to. Now that I've had my hearing aid for 5 months I can say I'm quite happy and satisfied with the product and the care that went into getting me comfortable with my new hearing aid. The fidelity on my cell phone is phenomenal with the blue tooth connection. Thank you Clarity!
