For years our mom has had difficulty hearing and understanding us. I sent her for a hearing exam only to learn that I sent her to a non=participating Provider. I Googled and reached out to Clarity Professional Hearing Aid Center. I received a quick response from Michelle Christie, BC-HIS. She was so patient and helped me to understand my mom’s medical coverage. I scheduled a visit for my mom with her immediately. She was willing to allow me to attend the visit via phone because of my work schedule. She was extremely patient with my mom and I. Once mom’s hearing aids arrived, she began working with her to fine tune them. My mom is so much more happy. Honestly this has been the best couple of weeks I have had in a long time because I have not had to repeat myself and my mom seems to be comprehending everything I say. No more frustration! I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us.
